Senior Information Security Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Information Security Analyst will manage security incidents, investigate security matters, and serve as the primary contact for security-related issues, ensuring effective communication and enhanced customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the security organization in customer-facing security incidents and inquiries
• Own and respond to security matters on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring timely resolutions
• Facilitate collaboration between customers and internal teams regarding security incidents and processes

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of professional experience in information security or application security roles
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or relevant experience
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required
• Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, and GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC)
• Solid understanding of cloud computing models and security tools and technologies
