Senior Information Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Information Security Lead to shape its security and systems strategy while ensuring high security standards across its infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Identity & Access Management (IAM) including RBAC model development, access reviews, and audits
• Embed security into the software development lifecycle and implement DevSecOps practices
• Protect IT infrastructure through secure architecture, server hardening, and incident response processes

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5 - 7 years of experience in information security with a focus on scaling security processes
• Strong leadership skills with experience in driving strategic security initiatives
• Extensive knowledge of security frameworks, IAM, and compliance standards
• Hands-on experience with SIEM systems and incident response protocols
