Senior Information Security Engineer

Job Summary

Owning KPA's enterprise security platforms, the full-time Senior Information Security Engineer will lead complex security projects, manage cloud security, and enhance technical security initiatives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage enterprise security platforms and lead vulnerability management, incident response, and security hardening initiatives
• Oversee the operation of SOC 2 controls and ensure compliance with security audit requirements
• Collaborate with DevOps to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines and improve cloud security posture management

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in security engineering, cloud security, or a related senior technical role
• Strong knowledge of identity security, endpoint security, and vulnerability management
• Experience securing Azure, AWS, and Microsoft 365 environments
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and DevSecOps practices
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or AWS Certified Security are preferred
