Senior Information Security Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing the execution of the company's information security program, the full-time Senior Information Security Manager will manage security operations, ensure compliance with global cybersecurity regulations, and lead product security initiatives, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily execution of the enterprise information security program, managing compliance and governance activities
• Serve as the operational owner for Cyber Resilience Act readiness, integrating security requirements into product development
• Directly manage the Information Security Manager and security staff, providing coaching and performance management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Seven or more years of experience in information security, cybersecurity, IT risk, or product security roles
• Hands-on experience with security governance frameworks and compliance programs such as ISO27001 and NIST
• Familiarity with product security regulations, including the Cyber Resilience Act or equivalent global frameworks
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and influence cross-functional stakeholders in a global environment
