Senior Information System Security Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Information System Security Officer (ISSO) Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and update security authorization packages in compliance with FISMA and client requirements
• Validate physical security measures and maintain an inventory of hardware and software for the information system
• Coordinate with the client's Cybersecurity Unit to ensure compliance and authorization to operate (ATO) for information systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; 8 additional years of relevant experience may substitute for a degree
• Minimum of 10 years of general experience and 8 years of relevant experience as an ISSO or Security Controls Analyst
• Familiarity with NIST RMF, FISMA requirements, and security testing and evaluation
• Understanding of Cloud services such as AWS or Azure and FedRAMP
• Thorough knowledge of FISMA and the SA&A process
