Senior Infotainment Systems Leader

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Infotainment Systems Leader will shape and guide the architecture and integration of infotainment solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-performance systems across the Volkswagen Group.

Key responsibilities

• Shape, validate, and guide the architecture and system integration of infotainment solutions
• Design and optimize the in-vehicle infotainment platform, including audio and connectivity frameworks
• Lead cross-domain alignment and design reviews to ensure compliance with global standards

Required qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in software and system architecture design, preferably in infotainment or embedded systems
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills to influence stakeholders
• Experience with cross-functional teams across geographies and time zones
• Proficiency in architectural design and risk management, including safety standards like ISO 26262
