A company is looking for a Senior Infrastructure Software Engineer, Search Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a robust, highly scalable in-house search platform to power AI-driven search functionalities
• Design and implement a unified search experience that integrates various search capabilities
• Build a scalable indexing infrastructure to manage trillions of documents efficiently

Required Qualifications

• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent technical experience
• 8+ years of professional software development experience
• Proven experience constructing and managing multi-threaded, geographically dispersed backend systems
• Proficiency in programming and debugging in languages such as Python, Go, C/C++, or Java
• Extensive experience with operating system internals, filesystems, databases, and networks is advantageous
