Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary

Collaborating with technical leads to design and execute strategic architectural visions, the full-time remote Senior Infrastructure Engineer will automate and monitor software construction processes while managing cloud-based platforms and ensuring operational efficiency and security.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute high availability and scalable architectures on AWS for interdependent products and services
• Automate continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and infrastructure provisioning through scripting and infrastructure tools
• Monitor cloud infrastructure for vulnerabilities and perform system maintenance and troubleshooting as needed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field with 3 years of relevant experience, or a master's degree in a related field
• Experience in system administration or prior infrastructure roles
• Knowledge of database administration and networking
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts
• Experience with Agile Software Engineering methodologies
