Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary

As the founding Senior Infrastructure Engineer, the full-time remote position will take ownership of Rally's cloud infrastructure, CI/CD platform, and developer experience, ensuring the engineering team can scale and innovate effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, select, and manage Rally's CI/CD platform while defining DORA metrics for continuous improvement
• Build on-demand ephemeral preview environments and enhance developer workflows across a large service footprint
• Own the AWS stack and Terraform infrastructure, focusing on cost optimization and operational reliability

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in infrastructure, platform engineering, or SRE
• Deep experience with AWS services, including ECS/Fargate, RDS/Aurora, MSK, and DynamoDB
• Proven track record with production Terraform and improving IaC maturity
• Experience with CI/CD platforms
• Strong fundamentals in observability practices
