Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the cloud infrastructure and CI/CD platform, the full-time Senior Infrastructure Engineer will manage AWS services, enhance developer experience, and ensure system reliability while working remotely within US time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and own Rally's CI/CD platform, driving continuous improvement in delivery velocity
• Build on-demand ephemeral preview environments and improve inner-loop developer workflows
• Maintain and evolve the AWS stack and Terraform infrastructure, focusing on cost optimization and observability

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in infrastructure, platform engineering, or site reliability engineering (SRE)
• Deep experience with AWS services such as ECS/Fargate, RDS/Aurora, MSK, and DynamoDB
• Proven track record in production Terraform and CI/CD platform management
• Strong fundamentals in observability and incident recovery processes
• Experience with security practices including container scanning and IAM enforcement
