Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary

Managing customer-facing infrastructure, the full-time Senior Infrastructure Engineer will oversee the deployment, operation, and troubleshooting of systems connecting AI virtual agents to contact center environments, with a focus on SIP telephony integration, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain cloud infrastructure (Azure and/or AWS) supporting the intelligent CX automation platform
• Own SIP telephony integrations, configuring and maintaining connectivity across various telephony infrastructures
• Diagnose and resolve complex telephony and connectivity issues to ensure high availability of real-time services

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in System Administration, DevOps, or VoIP/telephony engineering roles
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience preferred
• Hands-on experience with SIP-based integrations and strong Linux administration skills
• Experience with public cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Professional proficiency in Czech and English required
