Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a driven Senior Infrastructure Engineer, this full-time remote position will manage end-to-end infrastructure projects, mentor fellow engineers, and ensure a secure and compliant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in all stages of managing production infrastructure, including system design, issue breakdown, and Terraform configuration
• Mentor and guide engineers through pairing, review, and active teaching to achieve team alignment
• Collaborate across the engineering organization to identify and implement solutions that enhance the DebtBook application and infrastructure

Required qualifications

• Expertise with Terraform or similar infrastructure as code tooling
• Deep understanding of AWS features and offerings
• Significant experience with Unix-like operating systems
• Experience managing and optimizing PostgreSQL databases
• Proficiency in Golang or Ruby is a significant plus
