Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary

Providing escalated support and operational maintenance, the full-time Senior Infrastructure Systems Engineer will work remotely to manage client environments, oversee upgrades to existing infrastructure, and deploy new technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the escalation point for complex issue resolution and support engineers
• Operate and maintain Windows servers in virtualized environments, including VMWare and Hyper-V
• Collaborate on project-based initiatives, including system upgrades and new technology deployments

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant work experience in a client-facing role
• VMWare certifications (VCP/VCAP) and advanced PowerShell scripting experience
• Proficiency in cloud technology infrastructure and networking
• Experience with high-availability and disaster recovery technologies
• Ability to perform off-hours changes as needed
