Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary

To support the firm's IT infrastructure, the full-time Senior Infrastructure Engineer will manage Identity and Access Management systems, focusing on Okta and M365, while working remotely or in a hybrid capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary engineer for the Identity & Access Management ecosystem, emphasizing Okta and automation workflows
• Triage incidents and provide end-to-end problem resolution for identity and access issues
• Create and maintain automation scripts and configurations for onboarding, offboarding, and identity lifecycle processes

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting Okta or other IAM platforms
• 5+ years of experience in M365 Administration (Entra, Teams, OneDrive, Conditional Access)
• Advanced expertise in PowerShell scripting and automation, including Azure Automation runbooks
• Experience with SQL databases and structured data sources for automation workflows
• Proficiency in Active Directory/Entra and identity lifecycle management processes
