Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary

To support a modern infrastructure platform, the full-time Senior Infrastructure Automation & Security Engineer will take ownership of a hybrid environment spanning Hyper-V and Microsoft Azure, focusing on automation, security hardening, and compliance alignment across production systems.

Key responsibilities

• Own Hyper-V lifecycle management and optimize Azure workloads for performance and resource allocation
• Architect automation solutions using Python and PowerShell to streamline infrastructure workflows and replace manual provisioning
• Harden systems according to CIS and Microsoft security benchmarks while implementing continuous compliance validation

Required qualifications

• 7+ years in infrastructure or platform engineering
• Deep experience with Azure networking, identity, and security
• Strong expertise in Windows Server, including Active Directory and DNS
• Advanced skills in PowerShell and production-grade Python automation
• Experience in regulated environments such as SOC 2 or HIPAA
