Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary

Providing escalated support and operational maintenance for client environments, the full-time Senior Infrastructure Systems Engineer will manage complex issue resolution, oversee infrastructure upgrades, and deploy new technology in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as an escalation point for the Network Operations Center and support engineers, addressing complex issues
• Operate and maintain Windows servers in a virtualized environment, including VMWare and Hyper-V
• Collaborate on project-based initiatives, including infrastructure upgrades and technology deployments

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a client-facing role
• VMWare certifications (VCP/VCAP) and advanced PowerShell scripting experience
• Proficiency in cloud technology infrastructure and networking
• Experience with operational maintenance, system upgrades, and troubleshooting
• Ability to perform off-hours changes as needed
