Senior Infrastructure Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineering Manager (FedHealth/Platform).

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and develop a team of 10-12 platform engineers, providing coaching and managing performance
• Collaborate with development, operations, security, and architect engineers to deliver scalable and secure platform solutions
• Manage platform engineering budgets and define engineering standards and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

• At least 7 years in platform development, with a minimum of 3 years in management roles
• Proven experience leading platform or infrastructure engineering teams
• Advanced skills in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Understanding of security principles and regulatory requirements for platform engineering
• Ability to collaborate across technical and management teams
