Senior Infrastructure Manager

Job Summary

To support the organization's core technology systems, the full-time Senior Infrastructure Manager will oversee and enhance servers, networks, cloud services, and data centers while ensuring high availability, performance, and security in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for IT infrastructure and network modernization, including capacity planning and cloud-based initiatives
• Manage budgets, evaluate enterprise solutions, and drive contract negotiations with vendors while establishing technology standards and operational procedures
• Lead projects through scoping, budgeting, implementation, and risk management, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role directing enterprise infrastructure and network operations
• Deep understanding of enterprise operating systems, networking, virtualization, and database systems, with proficiency in both on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with enterprise networking technologies and cloud platforms such as Azure
• Experience hiring, mentoring, and managing performance for infrastructure and network staff
