Senior Infrastructure Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Infrastructure Security Engineer to ensure the privacy and integrity of users' sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor cloud environments for security events and anomalies
• Assess and ensure the security posture of cloud environments, identifying and remediating vulnerabilities
• Respond to security incidents, determining root causes and implementing remediation actions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of infrastructure security experience
• Strong foundation in infrastructure security, including network, host, and cloud technologies (specifically AWS)
• Proficiency in writing Python scripts and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform
• Basic knowledge of Kubernetes
• Ability to effectively communicate security risk impact to business leaders
