Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Infrastructure Services Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end infrastructure outsourcing contracts and ensure client satisfaction
• Provide thought leadership and foster strong client relationships to drive innovation and success
• Oversee P&L management and cost optimization initiatives while leading globally distributed technical delivery teams

Required Qualifications

• Engineering or similar advanced educational degree
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience
• Proven track record in account management and governance for large outsourcing contracts
• Technical background in infrastructure services and ITIL processes
• Experience managing client relationships at senior levels, including CIOs and department heads
