Job Summary

A company is looking for an Infrastructure Solutions Engineer Senior Consultant I.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution of infrastructure incidents across the enterprise technology ecosystem
• Serve as the primary technical escalation point for complex incidents and mentor junior analysts
• Drive continuous improvement through incident management and automation solutions

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in technical operations, IT support, or system administration
• Advanced knowledge of UNIX/Linux, Storage, and Backup technologies
• Strong understanding of incident management processes and service delivery optimization
• Experience with automation concepts and tools
• Advanced scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell
