Job Summary
Managing a dedicated population of Bleeding Disorders and Alpha1 patients, the remote Senior Infusion Pharmacy Technician NV, TX, AZ will coordinate case management, provide onboarding for new patients, and serve as a liaison among healthcare teams to ensure exceptional patient care.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound case management for patients, including monthly refill coordination and clinical assessments
- Provide comprehensive onboarding for new patients, ensuring education and continuity of care
- Coordinate treatments and serve as a central contact point among patients, pharmacists, and healthcare providers
Required qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the relevant state (NV, TX, or AZ)
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB)
- 3+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Intermediate proficiency with Windows PC applications
