Senior Initiative Lead

Job Summary

To direct a federal information literacy initiative, the full-time Senior Initiative Lead will manage project strategy and delivery across various work streams, serving as the primary liaison with program leadership and overseeing community engagement efforts remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Direct overall strategy and delivery across all work streams, including website content and taskforce coordination
• Serve as the primary point of contact with the customer's program leadership and steering committee on project status and priorities
• Lead the development of communication and evaluation plans, including quarterly reports and presentations for diverse audiences

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated experience engaging museums, libraries, and community-based organizations
• Experience with lifelong learning programming, particularly with marginalized groups
• Proven skill in developing persuasive slide decks that convey complex information
• Preferred background in information, media, or digital literacy research or strategy
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience managing similar projects
