Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Bodily Injury Adjuster.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of third and first-party injury claims, including investigation and settlement
- Review policy documents, determine settlement values, and manage litigation
- Collaborate with defense counsel to develop a litigation strategy and action plan
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in handling moderate to severe Bodily Injury claims and complex coverage issues
- Must be licensed and bondable
- Ability to work independently
- Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley
- Experience in multiple jurisdictions is desired
