Job Summary
To support a growing pediatric practice, the remote Senior Innovation Associate will identify and scale clinical programs aimed at increasing safe days at home for children with special healthcare needs by analyzing population health data and leading pilot initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Director, Revenue & Innovation in identifying and prioritizing new opportunities to reduce total cost of care
- Lead end-to-end pilot execution for new clinical programs, including evaluating ROI and tracking performance
- Translate clinical and operational data into clear business cases and executive-ready presentations
Required qualifications
- 2-4+ years of experience in a strategic analytical role, preferably in consulting or value-based care organizations
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a healthcare-related field
- Strong financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel
- Experience in healthcare and familiarity with population health management preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects end-to-end and work cross-functionally with diverse teams
