Senior Innovation Associate

Job Summary

Seeking a highly organized Senior Innovation Associate to work full-time remotely, this role will manage experiments and drive the development of innovative persuasion and mobilization programs aimed at securing Democratic votes through effective project management and research.

Key responsibilities

• Project manage experiments to ensure adherence to timelines and successful implementation of programs
• Conduct research for persuasion and mobilization initiatives, proposing innovative approaches based on experimental results
• Collaborate with external contractors and partner organizations to source creative content for campaigns

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of project management experience in electoral politics, progressive organizations, or non-profits
• Proficiency in working with voter data and voter file tools
• Exceptional project management skills with a track record of managing complex projects effectively
• Experience managing multiple contractors or vendors
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana and Google Suite
