Senior Innovation Engineer
Job Summary
To expand its Marketplace offerings, the full-time Senior Innovation Engineer will design and build platform services, develop new product prototypes with direct customer engagement, and enhance existing products, working in a hybrid or remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and build durable services that support Marketplace products, including purchase orders and invoicing workflows
- Develop prototypes and MVPs for new products, iterating based on customer feedback
- Improve usability and workflows of existing products to enhance customer experience
Required qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on backend and distributed systems
- Experience in shipping technical MVPs or prototypes in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with AI/LLM integration and document-extraction tooling
- Background in data engineering, machine learning, or document processing is a plus
- Experience in complex B2B environments such as financial services or construction is advantageous
