Senior Innovation Principal

Job Summary

Driving innovation within the Global Innovation Center, the full-time remote Senior Innovation Principal will identify and activate opportunities in eye care and eyewear, leveraging deep expertise to guide projects through the innovation lifecycle and establish relationships with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop points-of-view on assigned domain areas by monitoring trends and quantifying potential value from innovation opportunities
• Lead and advise project teams on design and execution, ensuring effective concept testing and validation methodologies are utilized
• Document insights and recommendations from projects to inform future innovation initiatives and foster a culture of innovation within the team

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree or PhD preferred
• Minimum 8 years of experience in innovation, emerging technology, or related domains
• Industry experience in healthcare, manufacturing, retail, or technology is preferred
• Proven ability to manage complex initiatives and drive results from concept through validation
• Exemplary presentation and communication skills, with experience in facilitating discussions in diverse groups
