Senior Innovation Principal

Job Summary

Bringing thought leadership and deep expertise to the Global Innovation Center, the full-time remote Senior Innovation Principal will identify and activate innovation opportunities in eye care and eyewear, guiding projects through the innovation lifecycle while fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop points-of-view on assigned domain areas by monitoring trends and their impact on the business
• Lead project teams in designing and executing initiatives, ensuring effective pivoting and transitioning as needed
• Document insights and recommendations from projects to inform future innovation initiatives and business strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree or PhD highly preferred
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Innovation, Emerging Technology, or related domains
• Industry experience in healthcare, manufacturing, retail, or technology preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in relevant subject matter and experience leading initiatives in creative environments
• Strong execution mindset with exemplary presentation and communication skills
