Key Responsibilities

• Conduct independent analysis of regulatory inquiries and ensure compliance with state and federal requirements
• Perform root cause analysis and provide recommendations to resolve complex business or technical issues
• Prepare detailed documentation and responses for regulatory inquiries and legal actions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or an additional 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• 5 years of experience in a compliance or senior level customer service role
• Ability to interpret insurance law and regulations
• Experience in conducting regulatory reviews and investigations
• Proficiency in analyzing data and trends for compliance purposes
