Senior Inside Sales Associate

Job Summary

Engaging with prospective clients, the full-time Senior Inside Sales Associate will utilize a consultative approach to identify needs and promote EFE's financial planning services, working remotely or from the Phoenix, AZ office.

Key responsibilities

• Effectively engages prospects in exploratory dialogue to identify needs and value expectations
• Promotes EFE's financial planning capabilities, including retirement and estate planning, to address client needs
• Builds prospect profiles and collects crucial client information for financial planners

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a sales-based contact center environment; financial services experience preferred
• Proven ability to drive results from an assigned book of leads
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience in emotional intelligence
• Desire for coaching and development opportunities
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
