Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Inside Sales Consultant (Remote/Eastern Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of families requiring guidance toward move-in decisions
• Execute high-volume outreach via phone, text, and email to re-engage families
• Maintain accurate documentation in CRM and consistently meet monthly sales targets

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a quota-driven sales role, preferably inside or phone-based sales
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience managing and converting warm lead pipelines
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to work remotely with a high level of focus and accountability
