Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Inside Sales Consultant will manage a pipeline of families seeking senior living options, guiding them through the decision-making process while executing high-volume outreach and maintaining accurate documentation in CRM systems.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage and re-engage families in the decision-making process for senior living options
  • Execute consistent outreach via phone, text, and email to advance families toward move-ins
  • Maintain accurate documentation in CRM and meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Required qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in a quota-driven sales role, preferably inside or phone-based sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience managing and converting warm lead pipelines
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to work remotely with a high level of focus and accountability
