Job Summary
Focusing on digital expansion initiatives, the full-time Senior Inside Sales Consultant will engage with inbound digital marketing leads, optimize print-to-digital opportunities, and conduct sales demos remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own print renewals and identify top print opportunities for digital conversion each quarter
- Engage proactively with customers through health check-in calls to uncover digital courseware opportunities
- Grow accounts through quarterly check-ins, assessments, sales pitches, demos, and successful closings
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or educational technology implementation
- Proven track record in leading onboarding and training programs for institutional clients
- Strong consultative and relationship-building skills to influence digital adoption
- Proficiency in analyzing usage data and implementing intervention strategies
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital learning platforms
