Job Summary

As a full-time remote Senior Inside Sales Consultant, the successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to an established portfolio of customers, focusing on enhancing digital learning solutions through relationship management, consultative conversations, and strategic account expansion.

Key responsibilities
  • Owning print renewals and identifying opportunities for digital conversion each quarter
  • Proactively engaging with customers to understand their needs and uncover digital courseware opportunities through health check-in calls
  • Conducting sales demos and growing accounts through quarterly check-ins and strong closings
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or educational technology implementation
  • Proven track record in leading onboarding and training programs for institutional clients
  • Strong consultative and relationship-building skills to influence digital adoption
  • Proficiency in analyzing usage data and implementing intervention strategies
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital learning platforms
