Job Summary

In a remote capacity, the full-time Senior Inside Sales Executive will drive revenue growth by managing existing client relationships, converting new accounts, and collaborating with clients to align services with their strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed sales goals while generating revenue from existing and new clients
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure accurate updates in CRM for forecasting
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations to engage potential clients and expand existing accounts
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in inside sales, business development, or account management
  • Proven track record of quota achievement and revenue growth
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales engagement tools
  • Familiarity with ERP, HCM, or other SaaS business applications is preferred
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to identify new opportunities
