Job Summary
In a remote capacity, the full-time Senior Inside Sales Executive will drive revenue growth by managing existing client relationships, converting new accounts, and collaborating with clients to align services with their strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Meet or exceed sales goals while generating revenue from existing and new clients
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure accurate updates in CRM for forecasting
- Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations to engage potential clients and expand existing accounts
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in inside sales, business development, or account management
- Proven track record of quota achievement and revenue growth
- Proficiency in CRM and sales engagement tools
- Familiarity with ERP, HCM, or other SaaS business applications is preferred
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to identify new opportunities
