Job Summary
Leading the strategic direction of the inside sales organization, the remote Senior Inside Sales Manager will scale outbound and inbound sales functions, optimize pipeline generation, and build a high-performing team aligned with revenue goals.
Key responsibilities
- Define and lead the strategy for the inside sales team across inbound, outbound, and lead qualification functions
- Manage, coach, and develop inside sales managers and representatives to achieve pipeline generation and conversion targets
- Collaborate with Marketing, Field Sales, and RevOps to align lead generation strategy, campaign execution, and territory planning
Required qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or sales leadership, with 4+ years in a managerial capacity
- Proven success scaling inside sales teams and delivering on pipeline and conversion goals
- Strong background in sales process design, enablement, and CRM best practices (Salesforce expertise required)
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications preferred
