Senior Insider Threat Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Insider Threat Analyst responsible for detecting and responding to insider threats and data loss incidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor DLP alerts and analyze security events to identify potential data loss incidents
• Conduct investigations of suspected insider threat incidents and develop insider threat detection use cases
• Prepare detailed reports on investigation findings and participate in data protection audits and compliance reviews

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity or information security with a focus on insider threat analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, or a related field
• Proven experience in digital forensics, incident response, or threat hunting
• Hands-on experience with SIEM, DLP, and UEBA technologies
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to data protection and privacy
