Senior Insider Threat Analyst

Job Summary

Focused on protecting digital assets, the full-time Senior Insider Threat Analyst will manage complex investigations, lead detection efforts, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the insider threat program in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own complex insider threat investigations from evidence collection to delivering findings and recommendations to leadership
• Lead detection and analysis efforts by prioritizing alert reviews and identifying patterns across insider threat technologies
• Partner with Security, Legal, HR, and business teams to design and implement processes that reduce insider risk and address control gaps

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in insider threat, security investigations, or related disciplines with expertise in insider threat technologies
• Proven track record of leading sensitive investigations, including evidence collection and stakeholder coordination
• Experience in identifying control gaps and driving improvements in insider threat detection and response processes
• Ability to compose investigative briefs and risk assessments for senior leadership, translating complex findings into clear narratives
• Working knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks governing insider threat programs and handling sensitive information
