Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain analytical and reporting solutions to support strategy and decision making
• Track cost, utilization, and industry trends to provide insights for optimizing clinical value

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare or quantitative discipline; Master's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in an analyst role
• Experience interfacing with stakeholders on KPIs development and reporting
• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python, SAS); experience with Athena preferred
• Understanding of healthcare systems, medical terminologies, and experience with large data sets
