Senior Insights Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Insights Analyst responsible for conducting analyses and studies using both qualitative and quantitative analytical methods.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research projects to provide business insights and influence stakeholders
• Analyze data to identify correlations between products, platforms, and customer contacts
• Create and maintain metrics to measure business KPIs and support automated data reports

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a data analytics role
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field
• Proficient in data analysis tools such as SPSS, R, and/or Python
• Intermediate to advanced SQL query skills
• Working knowledge of data visualization tools including Tableau or Alteryx
