Senior Insights Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Insights Analyst who will transform complex performance data into actionable narratives for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Management, Customer Development, and Product teams to create tailored narratives that articulate value and drive customer action
• Act as a consultative partner to customer analytical and benefits teams, ensuring reporting informs their health and financial strategies
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and anomalies, connecting findings to broader product capabilities for proactive engagement

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an analytical role, preferably in SaaS, healthcare, or consulting with client-facing responsibilities
• Advanced proficiency in data visualization, business intelligence tools, and SQL for complex datasets
• Experience managing high-stakes client relationships and collaborating with non-technical business users
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Statistics, Finance, or Business Analytics
