Senior Insights Analyst

Job Summary

Transforming complex data into actionable insights, the full-time Senior Insights Analyst will lead analytics for strategic retailers, integrating multiple data sources to drive category growth and enhance retailer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analytics, synthesizing data from various sources into cohesive insights that inform strategic recommendations
• Own and enhance reporting processes, developing scalable tools and ensuring data consistency across deliverables
• Act as a trusted analytical advisor, delivering compelling category stories and supporting sales initiatives with fact-based recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5-7+ years of experience in Sales Analytics, Category Management, or CPG insights
• Deep expertise in Circana (IRI) and NielsenIQ, with proficiency in Mintel being a plus
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI for data analysis and storytelling
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance analytical efficiency is a plus
