Senior Insights Analyst

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Senior Insights Analyst, the successful candidate will execute intelligence frameworks to enhance understanding of customer experiences, market dynamics, and competitive performance while building dashboards and reporting systems that inform strategic business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze customer experience and market data to produce actionable insights and recommendations
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting frameworks for various departments
• Integrate diverse data sources into a cohesive business intelligence ecosystem to support strategic planning

Required qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in business intelligence, customer insights, or related analytical fields
• Proficient in building dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and business opportunities from complex data
• Experience in developing executive-level reports and presentations
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
