Senior Insights Analyst

Job Summary

To support the delivery of high-quality insights, the full-time Senior Insights Analyst will manage the development of surveys, ensure data integrity, and analyze research results while working remotely from the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of surveys/questionnaires to meet client objectives
• Analyze research results and collaborate with the Client Management team to interpret findings
• Continuously monitor and manage data quality levels throughout the research process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business, market analysis, or market research
• Experience with survey or market research methodologies
• Proficiency in at least one data analysis package (e.g., SPSS, SAS) required
• Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical modeling and analysis preferred
