Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Insights in the Pharma sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently develop insights from qualitative and quantitative inputs
• Translate complex science and market dynamics into clear POVs and recommendations
• Own end-to-end work product, timelines, and follow-ups from strategy through client delivery

Required Qualifications

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in pharma
• Background in strategy, insights, medical communications, consulting, or agency
• Experience with pharmaceutical external communications including HCPs, patients, or advocacy
• Strong scientific literacy including disease states, MOA, and clinical data
• Proven record of owning execution, not just strategy
