Job Summary

Driving high-impact strategic insight partnerships for major EMEA HQ clients, the full-time Senior Insights Manager will act as a trusted advisor, leading complex multi-country engagements and ensuring insights translate into tangible business outcomes in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex multi-market projects, shaping client insight agendas and delivering actionable growth plans
• Establish trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing key business decisions and driving account growth
• Deliver high-impact storytelling and strategic recommendations tailored to executive-level audiences

Required qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in insights, analytics, consulting, or strategy roles
• Strong background in multi-country client environments with proven influence at the Director/VP level
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, high-visibility projects
• Fluent in business English; additional European language preferred
• Experience with advanced analytics and AI tools is a plus
