Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with high-capacity donors, executing tailored cultivation and stewardship plans
• Manage proposal development and submission processes, ensuring alignment with donor goals and organizational strategy
• Conduct research on prospective donors and match them with funding opportunities that align with the organization's mission

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• At least five years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, and proposal writing
• Experience collaborating with internal partners and volunteers
• Proven ability to develop budgets and outcomes for funding proposals
• Knowledge of public health initiatives is preferred
