Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Institutional Sales Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full cycle enterprise and VIP sales across the institutional suite, including solution design, negotiation, and post-sale growth plans
- Build and execute segment/territory strategies with clear pipeline creation plans and forecast accuracy
- Lead complex, cross-functional deal execution to tailor solutions and ensure compliant delivery for clients
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in institutional or enterprise sales at a tier 1 crypto exchange, investment bank, or fintech
- Proven success managing and growing a portfolio of institutional or VIP clients
- Strong command of institutional-grade offerings and ability to translate complex topics for clients
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently and deliver impactful outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
