Senior Instructional Design and Training

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Design and Training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently develop and deliver training solutions, interact with internal staff and external partners
• Write and edit learning content, create job aids and documentation, and develop lesson plans
• Manage the development and implementation of training programs for assigned applications and end users

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in adult education or instructional design
• 5 or more years of relevant experience in adult education or instructional design
• Experience in eLearning content development using authoring tools like Articulate 360/Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia
• 8 or more years of experience in education/staff development and/or a clinical area
• Proficiency in project management tools and experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts
